DANIEL DUTTON
MANAGING PRINCIPAL, PRESIDENT
Dan joined Lee & Associates in February 2022 as co-managing principal and founding member of the Omaha office. Dan is a veteran of the real estate industry having been licensed in Nebraska since 2003 and Iowa since 2007. Dan has worked extensively in the retail real estate working with tenants/buyers & landlords/sellers throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, North & South Dakota and Texas. Dan also works with multiple multifamily clients on existing or developing properties. Earlier in his career, he was an asset manager for a portfolio of $200 million overseeing the brokerage & management teams and responsible for financial performance.
During 2020, Dan helped create an auction company known as PartnersBid. This allowed landlords, investors and business owners the chance to liquidate stagnate assets and equipment during the challenging and changing times brought on by Covid.
Another opportunity during 2020 was the creation of a podcast/YouTube series, DansOnSite. Dan and Dan Goaley hosted various guests to discuss the commercial real estate world and the impact on businesses.
DANIEL J. GOALEY
MANAGING PRINCIPAL, PRESIDENT
Dan joined Lee & Associates in February 2022 as a co-founding managing principal of the Omaha office. Dan began his real estate career in 1995 as a salesperson. Dan received his broker’s license in 2006 and assumed the role of managing broker for a national real estate investment firm. In 2011, Dan transferred to a local commercial real estate company where he was a partner and managing broker. Dan is responsible for assisting clients in all aspects of real estate brokerage. Over the past six years, Dan has had an emphasis on retail leasing and sales. Along with being licensed in Nebraska, Dan holds broker’s licenses in Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri and South Dakota.
